💙📚 Empowering Families, Supporting Student Success! 📚💙

Recently, an ESL Parent Conference was held at #CommunityElementarySchool, bringing families together to learn more about their children’s ELPA21 scores and discover ways to support continued English language growth.🌟

Families received helpful resources to take home, including practice sentences, learning materials and information about upcoming opportunities for parents and #students. 📖📝

Most importantly, the event highlighted the power of family involvement. We are grateful to the ESL parents who took the time to attend, learn, ask questions and play an active role in their children’s education. Their support makes a meaningful difference! 💙

A special #ThankYou goes to Dunkin’ Donuts for generously providing coffee and donuts ☕🍩 and to Mrs. Kathy Reed, Elementary Instructional & ESL Supervisor, for joining the event and supporting our families.

When schools and families work together, students have even more opportunities to grow, thrive and succeed! 🌎✨

📣 MORNING DROP-OFF REMINDER 💜💛

Please remember our morning drop-off procedures:

After 7:35 AM: If you are held at the stop sign while zones are unloading, once traffic begins moving, please stop at the crosswalk and safely walk your child to the office door.

At 7:40 AM: Students are considered tardy, and a parent/guardian must come into the office to sign them in.

🚗 Please only allow your child to exit the vehicle when an adult gives the signal to unload. This is very important for the safety of all students and helps us keep traffic moving smoothly.

These procedures help us keep morning arrival safe and ensure students get to class on time. Please refer to the Student Handbook on our school website for complete arrival and attendance procedures.

💜💛 Thank you for helping us start each day safely and on time!

📱 App Update: Rooms Temporarily Unavailable

We apologize for any inconvenience, but the Rooms section of the Bedford County Schools TN app is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues related to our student information system conversion.

At this time, the issue primarily affects messaging for extracurricular activities, including athletics. Academic classroom Rooms have not yet been set up as we continue working through the conversion process.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and flexibility as we work to get everything back up and running. Thank you for your continued support of #BedfordCountySchools! 💙
